Lot of friends have asked me, why did you call it Taiji Zen? Taiji is Taoist and Zen is Buddhist, so what does it mean? Actually, it’s not supposed to be religious at all.

The world has Yin and Yang, and it is always changing – this is Taiji.

But the world also has you, and even though things are always changing, you have to find your own balance – this is Zen.

There are many ways to search for your own balance in this ever-changing world, and Taiji Zen hopes to share one of them. This is why I called it Taiji Zen.
